Privacy policy
ARCHIMETAL S.à r.l. attaches great importance to protecting your personal data. This page explains which data we collect on archimetal.lu, why, and what your rights are, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Luxembourg law of 1 August 2018.

Data collected through the contact form
When you use our quote request form, we collect: first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), profile (homeowner, architect, developer), project type, site address (optional) and the content of your message.
Purpose: to answer your request, arrange a visit and prepare a quote. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Retention: 3 years after our last exchange if no contract is concluded; in case of an order, the statutory retention period for accounting records (10 years in Luxembourg).
The form is technically processed by our host Netlify (Netlify Forms), acting as a processor, which does not reuse your data. Your data is never sold or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.
Calls, emails and WhatsApp
If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we keep your contact details and the history of our exchanges for as long as necessary to handle your request and follow your project, under the same conditions as above. WhatsApp is a service of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., subject to its own privacy policy.
Cookies and audience measurement
This site uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking to understand how the site is used and measure the effectiveness of our campaigns. These tools set cookies only if you accept them via the banner shown on your first visit (Consent Mode v2). If you decline, no audience-measurement cookies are set and only aggregated data without identifiers is sent to Google.
Audience-measurement data is kept for 14 months. Google LLC may process this data in the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Learn more in Google's privacy policy.
Your choice is stored in your browser (local storage, not transmitted). You can change it at any time:
No technical cookies are required to browse this site. The Google Maps embed on the Contact page may set Google's own cookies when displayed.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to info@archimetal.lu stating your request; we reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg supervisory authority, the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), 15 boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux.
Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Form data is transmitted encrypted and stored on secure servers. Access is limited to the people who need it to handle your request.
